1. General Terms

By accessing and using SlideNarrative services, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and SlideNarrative.

2. AI-Generated Content

SlideNarrative Services use artificial intelligence technologies to automatically generate content (text, slides, voice narrations, images).

This content is provided "as is" and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. The user remains solely responsible for verifying, using, and distributing the generated content. SlideNarrative does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the generated content. Content generated by SlideNarrative is provided for informational and creative purposes and does not constitute professional advice.

3. Content Ownership

The user retains full ownership of the content generated via the Service. You own the rights to the presentations, texts, and images you create and export.

However, to enable the operation of the service, SlideNarrative is granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license strictly necessary for the technical operation of the Service (including for hosting, displaying, and processing the data necessary for generation).

4. Files, PDFs, and External Sources

When you upload files (PDFs, Word documents, etc.) or provide links (URLs) as source material for presentation generation, you guarantee that you have the necessary rights (intellectual property, copyright) to these contents.

These contents are analyzed and processed solely to provide the requested Service (presentation generation) and may be deleted from our servers after processing, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Voice and Speech Synthesis

The Service may include audio generation via text-to-speech (TTS) and AI technologies. The user agrees not to use these features to create misleading, illegal, defamatory content, or content that impersonates third parties.

The user acknowledges that generated voices are synthetic and must not be presented as real human voices without explicit mention.

6. Payment, Credits and Refunds

The digital services provided by SlideNarrative (generation of presentations, audio, export) are considered fully executed upon generation.

Therefore, no refunds can be claimed after the effective generation of content or use of credits, unless otherwise required by mandatory law. Credits consumed for content generation are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. License to use the Service

SlideNarrative grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the website strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

8. Your Suggestions

If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions for improvement to SlideNarrative, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and integrate these suggestions to improve our products and services, without financial compensation.

9. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the SlideNarrative software or make the platform available to any third party (excluding the generated content which you own).
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the website.

10. Links to Other Websites

These Terms & Conditions apply only to the Services. The Services may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by SlideNarrative.

11. Cookies

SlideNarrative uses "Cookies" to improve the performance and functionality of our website. They are non-essential to their basic use but improve the experience.

12. Changes To Our Terms & Conditions

You acknowledge and agree that SlideNarrative may stop providing the Service to you or to users generally at SlideNarrative’s sole discretion, without prior notice. If we decide to change our Terms & Conditions, we will post those changes on this page.

13. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or SlideNarrative. SlideNarrative may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

14. Force Majeure

SlideNarrative shall not be held liable for any failure to perform any of its obligations due to a case of force majeure, as defined by jurisprudence (internet network malfunction, cyber-attack, natural disaster, etc.).

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SlideNarrative and its affiliates against any claim, loss or damage arising out of your use of the website, your violation of this Agreement, or violation of any third party rights.

16. No Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The website is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. SlideNarrative does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall SlideNarrative be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the contents of the Service. The entire liability of SlideNarrative and its suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the website during the last 12 months.
