SlideNarrative (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by SlideNarrative.
Definitions

- Service: refers to the service provided by SlideNarrative.

Collected Information
We collect information to provide and improve our Service. This data is categorized as follows:
1. Account Data
We collect your email address, name, and billing information (processed securely by payment partners like Stripe) to manage your account, subscription, and contact you. This data is retained as long as your account is active.
2. Usage Data
We automatically collect technical data when you use the service: IP address, browser type, connection logs, and interface interactions. This data is used to maintain security, diagnose technical issues, and improve user experience.
3. Content Data
We process the content you provide (texts, prompts, uploaded PDF/Word files) to generate your presentations.
- Temporary Files: Uploaded source files (e.g., PDF for analysis) are retained only for the duration of processing (a few hours maximum) and then deleted from our processing servers.
- Generated Content: Created presentations are retained in your library until you decide to delete them.
AI Data Processing
SlideNarrative uses artificial intelligence technologies to provide its services. In this context:
- File Analysis: Files are temporarily processed to extract necessary content.
- Prompt Privacy: Instructions and content are sent to model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS) via secure APIs. Your data is not used to train their public models.
- Ethics and Profiling: The data processed by artificial intelligence systems is never used for automated profiling, automated decision-making with legal impact, or advertising targeting.
Data Retention and Control
Content data is stored solely to allow the user to access their presentations and can be deleted at any time from their account. If you delete your account, all your personal data and associated content will be deleted from our systems within a maximum of 60 days (technical backup purge delay).

SlideNarrative uses Cookies to improve site performance (session memory, preferences). These cookies are non-essential to basic operation but recommended for an optimal experience.
